What is your privacy policy?
We have the highest regards for your privacy, both in Second Life and Real Life. We use the information you provide about yourself only for your order. We do not share this information with parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order (e.g.  our artists and shipping company). These parties only receive the partial information they need. All these parties in turn are held to this privacy policy and do not to share your information. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about your privacy. 

I want to stay anonymous - what can I do?
To provide you with our art, we need to communicate for reasons such questions about the painting and inform you about the progress. Your Second Life name will be sufficient for that (we will send you Instant Messages in SL), but an email address is more convenient. The better we can reach you, the better we can provide you with our service and timely delivery.

For shipment we need a valid shipping address to ship the painting to. This does not have to be your own home address, but can be an address of a friend, a shop near you, a company or other drop-off point. The painting is sealed when delivered and the contents of the package are not visible outside.
